DevOps Genie is operated by Lumiten Systems Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India (“DevOps Genie”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use this website. By using it, you agree to them.

We provide fixed-price production-readiness, infrastructure and ongoing care services. Each engagement is governed by a written statement of work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW sets the scope, price, deliverables, warranties and termination terms for that engagement, and where it conflicts with these terms, the SOW prevails.

offramp and our other open-source tools are licensed under the license in their repositories (for offramp, the MIT License). That license, not these terms, governs your use of them. Like all MIT software, offramp is provided “as is”, and its report is a starting point for review, not a guarantee that an app is secure.

The articles, research and examples on this website are for general information. They are not professional advice for your particular situation. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are complete or current.

Do not use this website for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorized access to it or to systems connected to it, or interfere with its operation.

The content and design of this website belong to Lumiten Systems Pvt Ltd. DevOps Genie™ is a trademark of Lumiten Systems Pvt Ltd. Unless an SOW says otherwise, you own the code and infrastructure configuration we deliver to your repositories during an engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumiten Systems Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Liability for services is set out in the relevant SOW.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
