By accessing or using DevOps Genie (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DevOps Genie is an AI-powered cloud security scanning and DevOps automation platform. The Service provides:

• Multi-cloud security and compliance scanning across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• AI-powered security finding analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Infrastructure visibility and resource discovery.
• Workflow automation templates and execution.
• AI assistant for DevOps questions and infrastructure management.
• Team collaboration and role-based access control.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Use the Service to scan or access cloud accounts that you do not own or have authorization to scan.
• Share your account credentials or allow multiple individuals to use a single account.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and documentation, is owned by DevOps Genie and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

You retain all rights to your data, including cloud account metadata, security findings, and any content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

For Enterprise plan customers, specific SLAs may be agreed upon separately in writing. Free and Pro plan users receive the Service on a best-effort basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevOps Genie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any security findings or recommendations provided by the Service.
• Actions taken based on AI-generated remediation suggestions.
• Unauthorized access to your account or data.
• Any third-party conduct on the Service.

The Service provides security scanning and recommendations. It does not guarantee the security of your infrastructure. You are responsible for reviewing and implementing any changes suggested by the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
